Ok. So I know this is random. But I just have to share this with you. I'm mildly obssessed with Ree Drummond. The Pioneer Woman. check her out if you don't know who she is.

Anyhow. I came across this recipe on her site a while back and made it. DELICIOUS. So I got the hankerin for it again and made it tonight. HEAVEN-ER.  So I had to share. The balance of flavors is perfect. Nothing overpowering. Really mild but tasty flavors. My favorite part is that it's quick and easy. SO TRY IT!!! Don't be a woss. You can thank me later.
